Question regarding rss feeds

Hi,

Let's say I created a rss feed with links2rss or with icerockets rss builder (still thinking about which one to use).

In this feed I've got profile backlinks.

So I have either the the rss xml file uploaded to my own hosting (links2rss) or just the feed link (icerocket).

Then I submit the link from the feed to RSS aggregators.

In this case my feed contains 5 profile backlinks, but I want to submit 5 new profile backlinks everyday.

Do I create a new feed with the new profile backlinks? Or do I just add the 5 new profile backlinks in the existing feed and will feed aggregators update it autmatically so I don't have to submit again to all the rss aggregators?

I hope I'm not to confusing.

    If I understand what you are asking here... I believe you can just add the new 5 links to the existing RSS feed and it will be picked up automatically.

      If you are posting just 5 a day, you can keep it in one feed.

      A mistake many backlinkers make is when they are trying to put 50 or more new backlinks on one rss feed every day or even more often that that.

      Don't assume just because your feed has new content that the ENTIRE feed will be parsed by the feed aggregator. These are bots and are in a hurry- they are only going to read down a set number of bytes per feed, and then they move on.

      And what I also wondered, how are these feeds counted backlinks wise?

      Is one feed 1 backlink or are the links in the feed counted as the backlinks or both?

      The links in the feed allready exist as backlinks obviously (just not all of them are crawled by google), and they are all pinged.

      I'm kinda on a budget and have been spending a bit lately to get my IM carreer started. So only looking for free ways right now.

    I would not count your rss feeds as backlinks - their purpose is to get your real backlink url's spidered by the search engines.
