Landing page without capturing leads. Is it possible to make profits?

Hi, guys,

Is it still possible to make profits with one page LP, no SEO, no twitter, no face book, no back end links?

I was using this method to get some clicks from Google search. However, it seems I can hardly make any profit...

I am new. So please let me know what are the works you guys want to do, if you are in my shoes.

I don't have a product, or a big list to leverage. I started to capture leads last month. However, I got about 10 leads every day, which is slow. And most of those leads are 'subscrible' type... It's surely not a list of buyers..

    Well I am sure some money is to paid to a landing page without a lead capture page, but why not maximize your profit by capturing some emails,

    A visitor to page is good, someone you can market to repeatedly whether or not they visit is priceless, and best of all, profitable.
