when do you think that you have to switch from a shared hosting into a higher package (dedicated)?
What's the sign that tells you that you have to upgrade it?

since it's told that the bandwidth and storage are unlimited usage....

    It's basically done for your requirement of bandwidth. When your website is engaging a huge amount of traffic then your bandwidth requirement (specially if you are having video and large images ) increases.

    To meet this requirement you need to switch to dedicated hosting. But make sure that you can earn from this huge traffic. Then it will be easy for you.

    The problem is most people wait until there current server becomes overloaded before they decide to upgrade. You need to use some good judgement and make sure you switch over BEFORE it becomes a problem. You should also make sure you take full advantage of cheap and reliable storage services such as Amazon S3 to help take a huge load of your current server.
