Possible to take a e-commerce site and convert it to an amazon blog?

Just curious to get some input from the forum here.

My questions are:

1 -Is this a viable option you'd consider if you were wanting to have less to manage?

2 - Can I switch this stuff over and still maintain #1 on Google for the domain keyword with the SEO I've done thus far if I take a zen-cart site and turn it into a wordpress blog?

3 - Will I be able to get subpages ranked higher in google for specific keywords if the main domain is a generic one that currently gets me my traffic? I realize the electronics niche will be difficult to bust in to but anything can be accomplished with some good old fashioned hard work, right?

Any other thoughts and opinions would be very welcomed! Thanks Warriors!

1--Sure, if you didn't want to mess with it anymore, then I'd definitely do it.

2--Definitely. You just need to make sure you keep the URLs the same and try to keep the title tags the same if possible. But realistically, if it's just the URLs then it will be fine.

    3) Yes, the domain is irrelevant.
