What Is Considered A Good Sized List?

First, I know this answer can be VERY subjective. I was just trying to get any kind of ballpark idea.

I am in the weight loss niche and I have an exit popup for when people try to leave. I have 1000 people already on the list and am getting about 15-20 optins per day.

How big of a list do you need before you see money from it? I know this TOTALLY depends on how targeted they are, how good my followup and offer is.

But for example A list of 100 is obviously too small and a list of 1 million is obviously pretty good. Any kind of ballpark where I know im creating a good size list?

      That's what I was going to say.................I would rather have 10 targeted leads than 100 untargeted ones.

        I believe my list is targeted. They are interested in losing weight and they even answer a question on how many pounds they need to lose.

        Now how about the question as far as size. Or is there no way to answer that?

          That is so hard to say..............You could have a list of just a couple hundred targeted people and do quite well. I would just keep building my list...........and moving forward. I don't think you need a list of a million to be successful though.

      I am getting about 130 uniques per day and am making about 2-4 sales per day

    Again I agree You can have multiple amounts but if you don't have targeted people it doesn't really matter does it. So before thinking about #'s I'd say get on track with targeting first.
