ghost image error wordpress?

I am going nuts here. There is a broken image icon, above my video. That picture was deleted from the media library a while ago. I never knew there was a problem because that broken image icon doesnt show up on FIREFOX. But when i tested with IE and CHROME, that broken icon is there. If i hover my mouse over it, it displays the filename of the picture, even though the picture is gone. Does anyone know WHY its there, and how I can get rid of it? I already tried reinstalling the theme, but its still there. Thanks.

    You deleted the image, but did you delete the code in the post referring to it?

    Yes. I just double checked and there is nothing in the post html that suggests its still there. Its driving me nuts!
