I have used ezinearticles.com in the past. But have not used it since about a year or so.

Now I am reading discussions about some policy changes over there but I have no clue what has changed.

Please tell me what this is all about.

(And no "use the search box" kind of advice. I've tried that but could ot figure out what exactly changed and when.)
