I have been looking for some free or low priced plr resources for the weight loss and self help niches.

I have used allprivatelabelcontent.com in the past with good success. They have several bundles dealing exactly with the niches you're talking about.

Their bundles come with articles, product reviews you can monetize, etc.

You won't find anything free or cheap from me, but if you're looking for extremely high quality and unique self-help products that are ready to sell you'll want to check out the website in my signature.

  You can be assured you will get plr to products that are relevant,
  provide value, and that will sell.

Just curious, why free or low priced instead of high value, high return on investment? Are you simply seeking backlink fodder or are you seeking high converting content?
