Step 1. Get a product and a website in any niche that is profitable... This productshould sell for any number smaller than 500. $100 would be a good bet. This will cost you either money or time, or both depending upon your skill set and investment.

Step 2. Hire someone to write some articles for you... Preferably 50-60 articles. This will cost you $500-$600, but will easily generate 20-30 sales. Keep $500 and reinvest the rest.

Simple? You knew it? Then do it.

I will say doing some freelance stuff like article writing or website design.

This is the fastest way, but you can also make $500 a month through affiliate marketing or blogging as well but it takes time.

Get a job. Even a minimum wage job will generate that much.

Oh, you meant via internet marketing? The answer is simple. There is no clear answer. Different people have different skills, different mentalities, different budgets, different likes, etc.

If you're looking for a quick, cheap way to make $500 gross profit just do the following:

*Pick a profitable niche
*Create an ebook that meets that niche's need/want/desire
*Buy a domain name ($10)
*Purchase domain hosting
*Buy the $7 secrets script (uh $7 http://www.7dollarsecrets.com/ )
*Sell 78 copies of the ebook each month (about 2.6 a day)
*Repeat as many times as you like

$10 - Domain Name
$10 - Hosting
$7 - $7 Secrets Script
$500 Gross profit

Total needed $527

Remember, this is only one of hundreds of possible ways to make this kind of money. The problem isn't how to make the money. The problem is actually doing what you know to do.

Pick ONE method. Implement it completely. Follow through with testing. If it doesn't work for you ask for help. If it still doesn't work try some other method.

One bit of advice I give for newbies is to start out with the eBay Partner Network. Perhaps invest in the BANS script or PHPBay Pro script for Wordpress.

Add fresh content to the sites about twice a week and buy some adwords. You can easily make much more than $500 a month with this method.

Many people are hesitant to buy Adwords and people always say that you will lose money before you make money... that is complete rubbish.

Do a little keyword research, create some laser targeted ads and you will be well on your way.

This is a very complicated question, and no one answer will fit everyone. What is best for me may not be best for you. If you can write, then that's a great skill to have. If you can do research, that's a great skill. If you can barely connect to the internet due to a lack of knowledge on your part, that's a serious handicap.

What resources can you put into this venture? For example bzimm suggested pick 10 niches, buy 10 domains and redirect those domains to an affiliate page for each niche, then write articles. If you don't have the money for 10 domains, then this isn't a feasible option, but perhaps scaling it back would be.

The best way is to send paid traffic to an offer that converts. Period.

Another vote for affiliate marketing, if you have writing skills then article writing. So hard to say knowing nothing about you...

The best way is to take action.

It sounds like you want to make it fast, which may be a deadly combination. What you can do is a find a hot niche...make a quick landing page to get visitors to opt in.

From there all you got to do is direct them to the affiliate page (or your page) and make the sale.

Make sure the page is somewhat decent looking and your landing page should be stupid simple.

All it should have is a strong headline, quick video of you or what you are offering on the inside, free bonus ebook or something...that's it. Keep it simple.
