    It's a social networking site and is very similar to Facebook except for music fans and musicians. I doubt famous artists use it. Lots of people hear about it of YouTube comments. The comments you read on youtube videos about pocodot are just a cheap way for the site to gain it's reputation. They're basically trying to market their site and use the comments as advertisements. You mainly see them on the most viewed videos because they know it's mass media, meaning there's a viewer every minute and something like 'highest rated comments' would catch their attention.
