    It's obviously a problem with your Paypal account settings. My first guess is that you have an old IPN Notification URL set up in your Paypal IPN settings, and because that URL is no longer functional, Paypal has stopped sending IPN notifications to any IPN page for your sales.

    You need to get rid of the bad IPN Notification URL, and re-enable the "Message Delivery" option.

    I would reiterate... If that doesn't solve the problem, you need to get help from someone who is equipped to help (i.e. the RAP Help Desk), rather than expecting to find help for this sort of problem, from the general masses.
