Hi there,

Yes, I certainly think it "adds value." I also like the word "services" - it's transparent and indicates you are providing a service.

e.g Tiger Media Services.

Thanks Kieran. I also like the word "services". However, my business name is made up of two words plus the word "media" so adding a fourth word would make the name too long. Do you think leaving out the word services would still be appropriate for a social media management company name?

Yeah, I would definitely take the word "Media" over "Services" given the choice.

As Brucerby mentions it's contemporary and collectively refers to all media technologies.

Your name should be as easy pronounceable as possible as well as easy to remember as possible so the less words the better.
I run a business with the name '[LastName] Media' myself.

I also have company with the word MEDIA in it. I specifically wanted that word, as it speaks about a contemporary topic and allows me to use it for different projects. It 'fits' many things.

Yes because "media" encompasses a wider range of marketing platforms. This will likely lure more clients to your business than if you named it "Tiger Advertising".
