Help Desk Tech Support Ticket Template Help
Hi,
If you have a help desk tech support ticket template, one that lists menus to select from or blanks to fill in, asking questions like:
Operating System
Browser
etc.
Checked with HostGator, Paypal , Ebay and other busy sites, but not finding anything ....
So if you can help, please include a link or PM with other info. Trying to set up something on this end.
