I am tracking a site that has copied my articles so I reported a spam report on google. and it seems that the site is still up and still copying my articles..now what does that mean..he is using google's blogger so that means that goolge doesn't ban blogspot site..or it's happening with me only?....

Make a post about the situation and what you intend to do about it. It will either appear on his autoblog for his readers (if he has any) to see what he is doing or, if he is reading your stuff first, you will have delivered your ultimatum.

google gets so many of those complaints each day that it can take them several weeks to respond to your complaint.

and as Will suggested, make a short post with a title saying something like "content thief has been reported to google under DMCA" so that in case the thief reads your post (if it is an autoblog, he/she may not even read it), that could be the end of the theft

I would say Google may just be too busy to read the million mails they get in a day but still try what Will Edwards said

If someone is copying your articles, you should file a DMCA notice with their host. Their host will make them take down your articles.
