Aweber not working properly

Hi Warriors


I just noticed that Aweber is not sending out emails as it's suppose to do.

First i noticed that last 5 broadcasts all open rates are very low. And should be very high, because list is for JV partners. Then 1 guy emailed and asked is all ok, that he is not getting emails.. So i tested...

Test email works...it's delivered. I'm also signed up for this list...and checking my second email account...there's no emails. Nothing. It shows that all emails were sent successfully and 0 spam.


So emails are just fanishing....


Any similar experience? What to do? I don't think Aweber support can help...

      Broadcasts. I rarely use follow up emails. Last time i set up 20 follow ups, while on holiday...Aweber didn't send any of them out...


      Had little chat in live support. Their answer to me was that i don't know how to use Aweber. That if you send broadcast to list A, then list B won't see that. Then he told me, that if i use Plaintext option and not HTML, tracking is not working properly and that's why maybe i see open rate very low. I asked that is he taking a piss on me...that problem is not about tracking. Problem is that emails are vanishing. It shows all are sent and 0 spam...but guys are not seeing emails. Nothing in inbox or spam folder. And not just 1 guy.

      End result was that i had to close this chat, because guy was completely useless.

    I had the same thing happen to me the last week with Aweber. I emailed them about it and got a typical scripted response so far.

    I'm always on my own lists and I check if they send me my own follow ups and broadcast and never had a problem.

    I already sent 2 broadcast last week, no problem with any them.

    Yeah we have a large list and have used them from the start... never had that problem. Just to be sure, after you create the broadcast and hit save, you know that you still have to actually queue the broadcast so it is sent right? So... you create the message and hit save on the bottom of that page. Then you're sent to the Broadcasts page where it shows all of your recent broadcasts. From there you have to click queue for the message to actually be sent.

    seems very weird. I've never had a problem with them. Keep us posted on how they resolve it and the level (or lack of) service.

    I am having the same problem. Sometimes emails are sent after the opt in, sometimes they are not. I contacted aweber and they told my it's not from their servers, it might be the e-mail service who is filtering but that's weird. Is aweber having global issues?

    I have a few different autoresponder accounts, including Aweber, and although each one will sometimes have temporary issues, I've noticed a lot more lately with Aweber.

    Another issue I saw (and tested on multiple campaigns) was that confirmation e-mails took almost 8 hours to send! But again, most of that stuff is usually only temporary...
