Hey

What do you suggest about where should words like":
Product name, all rights reserved. May not be copied.." be written

- Header all pages
- Header first page
- Footer all pages
- Footer last page
- Beginning of e-book
- End of e-book

Tnx

You can put a line in every footer that says © [Your Company] [Year] All Rights Reserved...

But the full legal statement (several paragraphs about no copying or sharing, blah blah blah) should appear on a page either at the beginning (after the title page, before the table of contents) or end.

Unfortunately, there are many people who totally dis-regard rights whether ever you place them. For instance, a few years ago we released the free "Little Blue Book of Freestuff" but you can google for it and there a several who are selling it on different sites including Amazon.

It was clearly mentioned that the ebook could not be sold but that doesn't stop anyone who wishes to do the wrong thing.
