Word Press plug in help

Warriors,

I am putting a site together that sells service. The site is Word press.
I need the following plug ins:

1. Shopping cart for service, no shipping involved. Using paypal.
2. Is there a plug in I can put before the shopping cart to force the customer to register to the site? I need their information, before they pay.
3. Once they are done with the purchase using Paypal, Paypal sends them a receipt and sends them to a thank you page. How can I send them an email to explain them, what they need to do next? So they actually get 2 emails. One from Paypal, and one from me.

    You don't really need a "shopping cart" for what you described above.

    Order button takes the victim to a page called Step 1: - name, email,whatever field
    Click 'next' takes the victim to another page: Step 2: - e.g. order summary, is the data/info correct > then PAY
    > goes to PP

    If you set your autoresponder to subscribe the buyer (via PP) to your buyer list, you can set it up to have sent your email as the first "follow-up" sequence.

    Q: "register to the site" - did you mean it literally or you just want their info as described above?

      I am looking to collect the data of my customers. I don't need auto responder do I? I was hoping to do this, without signing up to Aweber or service like
      that. However I need the database to go in and see what each customers is ordering from me. It's not about eMail list, its about customer's reports. When a customer calls in to see the status of their service, I can actually see what is going on. I thought that shopping cart will give me these solutions. i hope I make myself clear :-)

    Then probably you are looking at the wrong software. You don't need a CMS but a CRM = customer relationship management software.

    And no, WP is not good for any task on the net...
