Problem with wordpress (kind of...)

As you might know i have a bunch of autoblogs which i set up with the following plugins:

1) Caffeinated Content
2) MaxBlogPress Ping Optimizer
3) Auto Social Poster (didnt try this one yet)
4) Google XML sitemaps
5) Ping Crawl
6) Platinum SEO plugin

The problem is when i post an article manually, this happens using WP2.7 or 2.6:

I go to my dashboard "posts", add a new post, and publish it....but the mouse cursor just stays there spinning and WP doesn't come back with a msg like "comment posted"...its just frozen.

However, the post DOES get posted.

I wonder whether some plugin (pingcrawl?) is responsible for this.

Which browser is this happening with? I have had sort of a problem like this today with WordPress in Firefox when I went to right click I guess it just froze up and the right click menu box showed up but nothing clickable and then I had to do a complete restart of Firefox. Let me know

Its probably Ping Craw or Ping Optimizer if you have loaded up a lot of sites to ping.

When you hit the publish button, WP will start notifying all the sites loaded into the Ping queue which can sometimes take a while.
