Some brilliant mind mashed-up Ebay and Twitter, and the result is pure awesome!

Check TWEEBAY out.

You've gotta follow "tweebay" on Twitter, and you post your bids via direct message - but it allows Buy-It-Now, and AFAICT, there's no rule against posting reports and other digital products to bid on.
