You might want to ask some people who offer SEO services here. You can check the section Warriors For Hire.

I am not familiar with the UK names of towns and cities, but looking at semrush they say there are 140 searches a month for leaflet distribution north east. You might want to add some of the cities and towns you distribute to on the home page of your site so you can get some organic traffic for those phrases as well. Some others I see listed include marketing north east, leaflet distribution nottingham (and of course various other areas too such as croydon, essex etc). Again, I'm not sure how far they are away from you or what areas you service. You can check the number of backlinks in yahoo site explorer that the sites have on page 1 for leaflet distribution north east to see what the competition is for that phrase. Getting a press release online with that phrase in the anchor text can be helpful as well, but I would also target other phrases as it doesn't get that many searches it appears.

    Another competition analysis tools:

Spyfoo is a pricey commercial tool that does provide some useful free teaser data, though they may have no history for more obscure terms. Yahoo site explorer. or open site explorer will report backlink info on those sites you find on page one, realisticly you will have to exceed the links and content volume of the #1 site in order to outrank it.
