Hey guys, I just submitted a help ticket...

... and had a real "user" problem with the 'captia'...

I seriously failed 4 times tring to enter it correctly!
The problem? (for me...) -The font in the user field does not match the font in the captia!!

-> the number one: "1", and the lowercase of the letter L: "l" ... especially difficult!

I know... this won't cause any major problems, but it was a pain in the typers!

...and... Perhaps it is an easy "fix"?

anyway...

Thought I would suggest it.

    The whole point of these are to stop bots. If they stump humans, it's doing its job. If they were easy, this forum would be flooded with bots.

      --- I am pretty sure that if I paid for a 'de-captia' service I wouldn't have had a problem at all... LOL... your reasoning is backwards... 'de-captia' bots are way better at figuring those out!!! HAHA.

      ... also, the captia is in the Warrior Support Help Desk... what does that have to do with flooding the WF... You do know that there is no captia for these regular posts right? so that whole part of your comment did not make sense.

      Look man, I am not 'anti-captia' and I was just offering a suggestion to IMPROVE THE USER EXPERIENCE --IN THE HELP SECTION...

      ... seriously I wasn't looking to spark a debate on the usefulness or theory of what makes a good "captia."
