    The auto posting plugins are very resource intensive, so if you are going to use them on a shared host then you need to have them set to make a small number of posts prolonged period of time.

    You'll find that all shared hosts will take the same course of action when you run resource heavy auto posting scripts, it's either suspend the abusing script, or face the wrath of hundreds of customers when the auto posting script causes the server to grind to a halt :-)
