Anyone not getting responses from RAP help desk?

Fellow warriors, does anyone have any insights into Rapid Action Profits customer service? In the past they have been great but I have a help desk inquiry that has not been responded to for some time and my posts in the forum are immediately deleted with no explanations.

        That's not a sign that he's slammed with questions.

        If Sid deleted posts in the support forum, you're almost certainly doing something Wrong. You may want to take a look at the situation and ask how you might be creating the response you're getting.

        Sid Hale and Sam Stephens (of DL Guard) provide the best support I've ever gotten on anything. Verio is a close third, but even they aren't up there with those two.

    I want to tell I've always received a very quick and very professionnal service from RAP support and from Sid himself. If you have some problem, be patient, this company is very professionnal and I can tell you I'm not easy to understand with my bad english but they always be kind and professionnal with me. You are in very good hands. Trust me.

    You're right. Two days is an abnormally long time to wait for a response from me, but one of those was a Sunday, and as Kathe mentioned above, sometimes you have to juggle priorities a little.
