Hey Warriors

I'm looking to record a Skype call. What the best kit to do that. I'm looking at free utilities and even considering Camtaisa? Whats the best in your opinion?

I use Pamela for Skype.

I've recorded many calls and it is fantastic

You could try using Jing (from TechSmith - they're also the makers of Camtasia)

It's free too. I use it and it's great.

Hi you could try recording the Skype interview on Freecorder or you can use Audacity to record the interview. They are both free. What you do need to make sure of is that you set the recorder to the Stereo Mix and unmute the microphone so it comes through the Stereo Mix.

  It's really worth buying, not that expensive and lots of functionalities. I've recorded some great interviews with it.

Power Gramo is a free version is a very good option if the Skype conversation engages only two persons. The Skype call can be of just any duration and will be recorded in the OGG or WAV format.
