Hum, you might want to do a google search or at least a search on this forum about the tatoo niche. I seem to remember a story of a famous IM'er who thought, from his keyword research, that it was a hot market. To his dismay he found out it might be a great market offline - but not so much online. Now I don't remember the direct niche - so maybe something like tattoo removal might be good. I would suggest you do some quick testing of the market before spending a lot more time/money in it.
    good luck,

Our "Tattoo Designs" affiliate review site is one of our poorest performers. Go for other niches unless this is your true passion.

talking about tattoos, singapore is having the first tattoo show here.

Just curious, do people actually buy tattoo kits online?

Anyways, for videos, i believe you have uploaded to youtube? Remember to social bookmark them. Put your website links in your youtube description as the first word. Watermark your videos with your website.

PPC- Do key word research, also research on your competitors keywords, don't bid on broad keywords. Long tail keywords will have more targetted traffic. Create different ad variations, do split tests and analyse which one serves better.
Key to PPC, constant analysing and tweaking. And approach with caution.

That's all i have to share, hope it will help. And all the best to your 8k/month

When I needed a tattoo for health reasons I searched, in vain, on the web.

There are many different types of tattoo and one that is becoming more popular is the Home Henna variety of fashionable temporary tattoos.

Another popular tattoo niche is that relating to aesthetics rather than decoration.

It is possible to corner a specific niche in tattooing where the equipment and requirements are of limited general purpose but are much in demand. Certainly you should speak to health centres and therapists to discover just how much demand there is in that area.

A much more rapidly expanding tattoo arena is 'removal' and 'redesign' for people who got it wrong.

You might not like what I say - but I believe it.
Build it, make money, then build some more
Some old school smarts would help - and here's to Rob Toth for his help. Bloody good stuff, even the freebies!

Made a too flashy site with a VERY long "copy" (story).
It's a really hard market to crack as there are alot of free tattoo resources
online and that demographic is generally not the "internet spendy" type if you know wut I mean..

I was going to say the same as jack, that I remember reading about some one else not doing well with the niche, but if there is a way and it's your passion, who knows. Though seems like a few people have given some great sub niche ideas, good reason to hang out here

if your tattoo site has enough traffic, maybe you want to sell banner space or link to other tattoo artists or start a paid directory of tattoo shops.

There's a great idea right there. Even if you start cheap like $5-$10 a month say for a directory listing, could add up if you had enough.

I am not in to tattoo's, but I imagine there are conventions or get togethers for networking?

Maybe feature artists? Create some kind of awards, use to be done for websites.

Concentrate on building more traffic first, make your visitors come back regularly to your site, for example use a picture post and let visitors rate on tattoo pics, provide a forum, make something which is sticky to attract your visitors back. When you get about 1000-2000 visitors per day you can start selling ad space on your site.

    Hey tron,
Are you an affiliate for these tattoo kits or do you supply these yourself?
One more thing - are you really making 213 dollars a day from only 40 - 50 visitors per day?
I am receiving more visitors per day but dont make that much from this site.

    bye,
