Support Ticket Systems?

Recently, I have began to offer a minor service related to SEO and have been getting a wave of orders for work. Because of the amount of work that goes into the service I provide, I hired some VA's to help me out with parts of the service that they are able to perform up to my standards. I'm running into a problem where I can't manage each VA individually and would really benefit from setting up a support ticket system where my VA's can login, fulfill an order and close out a ticket by performing the work. Does anyone have any recommendations on a low end way to do this? I don't make much at the moment, but I do see a lot of potential if I were able to automate the process and offer my service to more people.

If a Support Ticket is not the exact type of system I should be using, does anyone else currently have another option that might work better for the method I described?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Thanks for the info. Hesk looks great. I noticed Matt LaClear uses hesk and he runs quite the operation here at WF so I imagine it would serve my smaller goals quite well.

    Try http://www.assistly.com.

They have a free level now that might meet all your needs, and it is a very very good help system. It integrates Twitter, Facebook, forum, support, and more all in one place.

I'm using ZenDesk because Assistly is lacking user comments on the support forums, which I think is good for creating community. However, I will probably move to Assistly when I have the time.
