EZA says:

We're upgrading our Submit Page and need your help beta-testing the new version.
Some of the improvements you'll see are:

* Ability to spot problems without needing to re-submit.
* Built-in Editorial Guidelines enforcement that improves article acceptance.
* More accurate article preview.
* No need to reload the page just to change the author or resource box.
* Larger WYSIWYG editor.
* Improved support of copy/paste from Microsoft Word.
* Quickly switch between WYSIWYG and plain text editor.
* Categories AND subcategories.
* Date picker that allows only valid dates (Premium Members only)
* Cleaner user interface.

Has anyone tried it yet? I haven't yet but plan to. To access it just go to submit an article and you'll see the dialog at the top of the page.

edit: Whoa, it is basically the same but I love the category choosing part! That will save me a lot of time...

I just did try it out and other than the WYSIWYG editor, I don't see anything
really special about it.

But that's just me.

Ha!!! Maybe they should hire a new developer..

Their new submit form crashes my browser, I know what their issue is too but I don't get paid to correct another article directories issues..lol
