copyright question?

Hello
i have a copyright question.
if i buy some ebooks without resale licence. and read them.
and then i write a book in internet marketing in my language by using this books content.
should i buy resale license or i can have my own copyright?

the answer of this question is very important for me.

    If you use the book's content as it was originally written, it's called stealing. Hope that helps.

    Only the original author has translation rights. You would be infringing copyright.

      One cannot copyright an idea so if you write a book, in your own style and your own words, using information you gained from reading other ebooks on the subject, yes you can copyright your own ebook.

      You cannot use text from the ebooks in your newly adapted ebook.

      I am assuming by "your own language" you mean your own writing style. However, if you mean can you translate an ebook written in i.e., Chinese into your version of the same book written in i.e., French, NO. That would be copyright infringement.

    ditto on what everyone says.. you cant copyright ideas, but phrases, sentences etc are copyrighted..

    so if you learn something and put it in your own words, and style.. its yours.

    but if you took it line by line, its theirs..

    That said, sometimes, some publication works, some writing style and ideas get popularized so deep in the market, that any mention of that topic will originate the conversation back to the original author.. So in that case, you might have the copyright all settled- but people will be saying, hey this guy took it from this other fella yada yada yada :-)

    for the final transparency in my mind.
    i read frank kern and jeff walker ebooks about listbuilding. the language is english. and my language is Arabic. after read their books i make a decision to write a book in subject of "making a list of your costumers". and i write one by one words of my ebook in my style, my own graphic and in different words. so in this case the copyright is for me or for frank and jeff?
