Amazon associate program

Hello Everyone, just got a simple question I'd love to run by you guys. I already have account with amazon usa, and there is a product I wanted to promote but its only on amazon uk, now my question is do I need to register for another account with amazon uk to promote that product or just to use the amazon us account?

    Register same details and it works fine, they are both different tracking ids that will allow it to track. You can have as many amazon locations as you want long as the id tracking are different

      If it is a Uk product promoted to the UK market and they visit an US Amazon Affiliate site you will NOT get a commission if they purchase from Amazon.co.uk unless you have a separate account with Amazon.co.uk

      If you sell products to USA customers you need and Amazon.com account
      If you sell products to UK customers you need a Amazon.co.uk account
      If you sell products to Germany you need a Amazon.de account

      And so on

      Its very easy to sign up for any Amazon country and you can use your same details but they will all be separate account country specific.

          Yes if you order from Amazon US and ship to the UK you will make the commission but do you really want to pay for International shipping and Custom Duties ?

      You'll need to sign up separately as it is technically a separate entity. Like blackout17 said, you can sign up with your same details.

    You can use geo targeting so you don't need to setup multiple Amazon accounts. When someone from uk IP visits my amazon site, they'll see uk listings.
