What's Your Biggest Internet Marketing Problem "Today"?

Internet marketing is not only about solving others (prospects and customers) problems, it's also about solving our problems.

What's your biggest or most pressing problems today?

Get it off your chest, you'll feel better.

For example, so far today, mine is finding more keywords for my CPC campaign. The one's I used ( that worked) for the last week have shot up in price and taking me below my profit margin.

What's your most pressing I.M problem today. Here's your chance to vent, rant or let off some steam.

I couldn't agree more on this,

Kidding aside, one of my problems in my IM business is the lack of time and focus. Although I could still deliver what my employer had requested me to do, but still, I could say that it is not enough. I am a part-timer as an article writer and still had my daytime job as a university faculty. I have been in this IM business for more than four years, but lately, I have this lack of time not because I am busy with my work as a faculty but I just had this reading and trying to learn more about what and how to do in other fields of the IM world. It really consumes my time just be reading, but no regrets about it since I really want to learn more of the IM business because I am already in the stage to become a full time IMer then a part-time university faculty.

In addition, there's also Call of Duty: Modern Warfare that really is a problem. Cool game and is one of the distractions to my IM business.

Ever heard of brainstorming? Drawing concepts before getting to write?
Creativity is a highly important skill that needs to be developed, better now than later!
Google it for some ideas (creativity tools, etc.) I bet you'll find it interesting.

My biggest internet marketing problem got to be lack of confidence. I won't try anything I come up with unless I'm 100% sure it will work.
I also tend to get frustrated VERY quickly, and I can see that also in many other things that aren't IM related. That was, I think, the cause for me having so much trouble with math when I was younger.

The problem today is really the beginning of a BIG problem tomorrow. (Now here's where the ranting and raving come into play...) Leave it up to the FTC (our government) to REGULATE marketers making money online. With Clickbank changing it's product guidelines, we are witnessing the beginning of the end of IM.

Of course our government sees thousands of people being "ripped off" when much more often than not it isn't the quality of information they're receiving it's really the lack of ACTION and implementation on the part of the consumer. The only thing the FTC is going to do is shut down tens of thousands of income streams that provide for many good people and families.

There will be more and more strict guidelines we will have to follow until eventually it'll be nearly impossible to convert visitors into buyers. Think about it... if you see a sales letter with dozens of "Results are not typical" blurbs scattered throughout the copy... are you going to want to buy? NO! The fact is, regardless of if the product is sold online or offline, "results" vary with anything! In offline settings the same principles occur in business transactions: some people get much more value from a product/service than others. This will make it nearly impossible to sell anything online (just by the nature of the internet and how sales are actually generated via written/spoken copy).

The fact of the matter is, consumers will always seek information that they will do NOTHING with. Why place the blame on marketers? This does nothing but contribute to the terrible economy's issues. That and it will stall innovation. I hate shady marketers as much as anyone (I've lost thousands), but don't regulate and hurt good businesses... it's terrible policy.

Sometimes (actually all the time) I am disgusted by our government. That's why I don't watch the news!!! If anyone has anything contrary to what I've submitted please share.. perhaps it'll cheer up me and anyone who may have been affected by my post!

    Much love everyone

I take you don't listen to prescription medicine commercials, they are so full of disclaimers that you wonder why you take them at all, but many thousands still do. Frankly, I am glad for the disclosures on these commercials. I was taking a medicine, and the disclaimer said that if you start have muscle aches, talk to your doctor. I told my doctor he changed the med and my muscle aches went away. I think other disclosures will be the same, and the converts will be higher quality.

You and me both. Even in this age of technology, push button time saving devices and microwave ovens. I still don't have enough time.

I just battled with that myself. My mistake was getting to technical and "feature oriented" (what can I say: I'm a programmer - lol).

But I got kicked in the a** and had to start over with some good advice from a professional copy writer. Focus on the benefits! Yeah - tell 'em what you've got, but how does it benefit them? How will life be better because of your product?

Anyway - just go for it and let the numbers dictate your changes. Don't do what I did and try to make everything perfect over a long period of time. Because when it gets out there, you might find you over did it and have to pull back a bit and re-work it anyway. That what I just finished doing - and its a lot better. But the numbers will tell all.

      Good luck!

    Thanks for asking buddy...

Honestly, my biggest issue today is getting motivated to write the procedure templates that I know will save me dozens of hours of labor going forward.

It seems pretty obvious that I'd want to save time and that's motivation but strangely it isn't today.

Hope you're having a wonderful day!

Something I'm battling at the moment is standing out from the rest of the noisy market... there seems to be no end of great opportunities out there at the moment, but MY opportunity is also a good one. Obviously the best place to market an online opportunity is online but how do you stand out from the rest of the noise? That's a question in many people's minds. And why niche marketing is gaining in popularity, especially as the market grows more crowded with products and people. The one's who fail to make their business, product or service stand out ... will be left out.
