Hosting help please!

Hey,

Amateur question...

Set up a new domain using Namecheap and the Hostgator reseller package. When I type in the URL as examplesite.com, I get the Index page. However, when I type in WWW.examplesite.com, I get the Namecheap parking page.

Can somebody please advise me as to how resolve this?

    First off, it's hard to tell without the actual site url. I can't believe it's that big of secret if you're asking for help.

    Second, if you just got the domain name and added it to hostgator, it might take a while for it to actually show up.

    Third, did you transfer the domain to the host from Namecheap?

    These things happen while the domain is getting introduced to the www. Should resolve in a day or two.
