The best method to get quality subscribers is through jv partners. Create a product, locate prospective partners with lists on your niche and contact them offering 100% commisions if they agree to mail their list with your offers.

Free qualified buyer traffic and subscribers.

They both work. the real question is which one attracts your ideal prospect at the right ROI.

With PPC you need to find the keywords that best match what your ideal prospect is looking for (must match your usp).

With solo ads you need to find ezines that match the ideal customers demographics. Or, better still would be a buyers list of people that would have bought a like or complimentary product.

My preference would be to test the solo ads first. Once you have something that gets the optin (and sale) then I would test PPC.

Nothing against PPC... I LOVE AdWords... but the very fact that you have to ask this question tells me this:

You will probably need more advertising space than the 3 short lines that PPC allows in order to get your marketing message across to viewers.

Also, AdWords does not like "thin" sites, so you would have to give away a lot of your content in the hope that some of the visitors would be interested enough to fill out the autoresponder form.

With a Solo Ad, however, most people are more than happy to let you market your (good) squeezepage.

Finally, if you don't yet have your own product, you have a lot more freedom in promoting affiliate offers through Solo Ads. (That being said, right now you should probably be focusing all of your effort on building a List, from the sound of your questions)

      Best Wishes!
I have to agree with Solo Ads.

I have dabbled with PPC a couple of different times and a couple of different ways and Solo Ads are way better.

I did a great campaign with Adwords and got a ton of subscribers, but they were not the most responsive. Definitely look at Solo Ads and there are some amazing resources here on WF and also Reed Floren's Solo Ad Directory and my favorite, Charlie Page's Directory of Ezines.

    Solo ads.

Wrote about this in another post.

I tried ppv and email solos and ppc.

Email solos are great if you can buy of a good supplier.

This is my thought on how to do it:

    1) You need a seller that allows you to use your OWN swipe.

Why? Because this will allow you to warm up your traffic before they reach you site.

For example: If you want to redirect to a squeeze page you want to write in your swipe something like. Get my free ebook, OPT IN on the next page!

Doing this the people that are not interested in opting in on somethiong will not bother. (offcourse not everybody will opt in)

It will give you a better value for your clicks instead of "forcing" people reading the mail to click the link. In other words, you don't want to write something like: get my freebie worth $99 now! Link closes in 5 minutes. Doing this you will get a lot of clicks that not results in opt in.

    2) You want a seller that doesn't redirect your clicks after your cought clicks have been reached.

Why? Simply because now it's likely you will get more than you pay for!

Alot of times you can get like 100 clicks more.

    Hope this helps you!

    Good Luck Mate!

    • These kind of questions really can't be answered because there are too many variables and no one knows the "effectiveness" of your campaign creation skills.

Give 10 $100 and an internet connection. Tell them to go make some money. How many people will? What "path" will they follow?
