    There is no fast way to create a home study course unless you buy yourself a PLR ebook and then resell it containing assessments, quiz, jam packed of information and so on.. (in general)

    I don't know about the fastest way but a faster way is to outsource the different parts of the course, (writing, graphic design, etc.), to a team of freelancers.

    In the real estate niche, for example, buyers are accustomed to receiving a printed main manual in a 3-ring binder about 110-150 pages, plus 6-12 audio CDs or DVDs (usually CDs), plus 3-7 bonus items like extra modules, reports, forms booklets, etc, ranging 20-45 pages each, all printed and shipped to the buyer.

    These sell for $797 and up, and can be created by a product creation manager for $3000-5000 total in about 30 days' time. I'll leave it at that as this is what I do and I'm not sure on the rules here about plugging myself. But if I wanted the easiest way and had the funds, I would outsource the creation in this way.
