Can anyone suggest some truly good SEO guys?

Doing my own SEO is going to be too time intensive for me. The service I provide gives me around ten hours of a work each day, so my SEO efforts are suffering due to lack of attention.

Can anyone suggest some honestly good SEO guys? I've dealt with quite a few companies in the past. Two ran with my money, two did nothing useful (even after a year) and one was excellent - but then hung up his hat after suffering a breakdown.

I've learned therefore not to just jump onto SEO guys because they look good, but to instead get genuine referrals from people.

Also, how much should I look to spend each month? I've had quotes from $90 a month right up to $8000!

      PM me if you are really interested. DEpends on what type of SEO you want, but there are guys who are expert link builders, content builders... etc. Most of the really good ones aren't advertising that much because they work word of mouth. I have one guy who has gotten two people in the top page of "Affiliate Network"
