Paypal, Where Did Our Money Go?!??!?!
Hi Warriors,
Paypal withheld my customer's payment to me for further investigation, last Jan 5, 2009.
I have no idea what's the reason, nor did my customer. I contacted Paypal and they said they're investigating and sorry for the inconvenience.
Now Paypal has emailed me:
"We've concluded our investigation into the transaction detailed below.
Because we determined that you did not meet the eligibility requirements
for the PayPal Seller Protection Policy, you are being charged for this
reversed transaction. We've returned the funds to the PayPal account
holder, and your account will be debited for the amount of this transaction."
So they said they returned the money to the customer, but my customer did not get the money. So where is it?
I'm contacting Paypal to let them know, but if anyone knows what's going on, would be great to know.
