problem with Adsense ads not loading

I'm building a static site locally and I've just added 2 adsense link units and 2 adsense skyscrapers but now the page doesn't want to fully load. The ads take absolutly ages to appear and one of the ads isn't appearing at all and the page stays in a constant loading state.

Is this issue because I am still working on the site locally?

If not, what do you suggest?
I don't have any other scripts on the page that would effect the ads so it doesn't make any sense. Is this a common adsense bug?

    I don't think so. Your problem isn't definitely influenced by working on the site locally. It is weird that your ads load so slow. Is slow loading only on skyscrapers or also on link units?

    I would recommend to contact adsense with this problem.

      I would recommend to contact adsense with this problem.

      Its on all the ads, link units and image ads. If I refresh the page, one ad will load, then about 60seconds later then 2nd will load and so on. Then when it gets to the final ad, this one won't load at all and the firefox browser tab will just stay fixed on the round loading animation. Every time I refresh the page the order of ads loading will change randomly too. Its a really weird bug.

      If its uncommon like you say I'm wondering maybe it could be my firewall?

    If you've just added them this is normal behaviour, especially since you're working locally.

    Just finish the site and upload it and you should be good to go.

        Dont panic if you experience the same behaviour when you upload. Just give it an hour or so to settle down.

        Of course, if after say 24 hours, your ads arent showing - double check your code.

          Actually, I just uploaded the files to my server to check and your right they loaded perfectly first time and fast.
