For the Newbie Who Wants to Get Started, But Doesn't Know What to Do... (make money with PLR).

re: can you assist me to create a WSO

It's the question that I get asked more than any other here at the WF - and rather than keep retyping my answer... here it is to all -

The thing is, a lot of people want me to create their products for them, but it's very rare that I create products for other people.

That's not to say however that there are no other options for you....

Here on the warrior forum there are many great article writers who write for very low costs. See the "Warriors for Hire Section". I've used a few writers from here and have been suitably impressed with their skills.

See: Warriors For Hire

My best suggestion for the Newbie Starting out is that you create an outline of what you want your book / product to be - give them the outline / index, and then have them write all the content for the book.

It will cost you a few dollars, but it's going to allow you to have a good product.

All you need to do then is create some sales copy that generates interest. Again, you may need to go to the Warriors for Hire section to find someone to write it for you.

However, putting all that aside, if I were you and I were starting out, I would completely forget any idea of trying to publish an ebook anything to do with marketing.

You don't have the experience!

So, using my ideas above and writing articles, if I were you, I would get people to write articles for me and then package and *re-sell* those articles as PLR products.

Because the simple truth is this... very few products sell well on the WSO forum first time unless you have a 'list" of affiliates to promote them for you. And this is why people fail... no list. So you need to target a market that will grab interest from the most greatest number of people possible.

You need to start building a list of people you can market to time and time again... and one of the best ways to do that is by selling articles that can be on-sold as PLR. These are people who will buy from you time and time again.

And that's your plan. Go to it.

Thanks for this thread, very interesting but I would build up credibility and post a free wso first ,this will help attract affiliates and give you a good basis to launch a wso or you could use a warrior classisfied ad its cheaper about $20 to test your product out.

Paul, I'm not a writer or some one. But, I'm interesting with the business model you suggest. So, I would like to ask this question only for improving own awareness.

How much do you expect to pay for one article?

      Hi Sscot,

I was looking at the various article writers on the forum just today and saw that prices ranged from 1c / word to 2.5c / word. I personally pay an average of 2c / word, which means a 400 word article goes for $8.

Simple maths; put together a package of 15 (would cost $120) -

According to latest market standards, PLR article packs on the WSO board this past month; you'd sell them for around $12 - $17 (sux I know, but that's what people are currently paying).

If you're cleaver you'd add in a nice WordPress template or HTML mini site; maybe you'd license them as a special report or auto-responder series - the choices are yours.

Whatever you do, if you were to sell them via the WSO board, including the $40 listing fee you'd need to sell 14 to break even... a few more if you used WSOPro - more again if you used the affiliate feature in WSOPro.

The have to sell at least 4 each 'bump' (if selling at $12 ea)

But here's the thing... let's say you only sell 20; those 20 people start to build your CUSTOMER list... the most valuable list you can ever build.

Each time "do it again" you can expect at least 1 in 3 people on your customer list to buy from you a 2nd, 3rd, 4th time etc -

As long as you sell quality.

And that's the KEY ... QUALITY.
