Custom Script Development - How Much Should I Charge For This?
I'm getting a little tired of combining all my URL & Anchor text combinations (the last time I did this on a 50 page site, it took 7 hours!) so I'm planning on getting a custom script built to do the job for me.
This is the first time I've gone down this route and am not a technical dude:
Here is the spec I'm after. Could anyone tell me how much I should be looking to charge for this:
I need a custom script / program built to help me create and manage my backlinking preparation, principally the preparations of URL & anchor text combinations.
Here is a summary of the main features I am looking For:
- I want to be able to input a URL and a variety of keywords and then for script to automatically generate the code for the following formats:
a href
bb code
1x custom format - used for SenukeX - http://www.url.com##{Anchor Text 1|Anchor Text 2|Anchor Text 3}
- I also need an option to output the various formats in spintax - e.g. {<a href="http://www.URL.com">Anchor Text 1</a>|<a href="http://www.URL.com">Anchor Text 2</a>|<a href="http://www.URL.com">Anchor Text 3</a>}
- I also need good flexibility when it comes to the number of URL & Keyword combinations I can generate at any one time. This is important since sometimes I will be looking to generate 20+ different anchor text keywords for the same URL.
- Finally, I want an option to weight some anchor text more heavily than others - i.e. Anchor Text A is used 60% of the time, Anchor Text B is used 30% of the time and Anchor Text C is used 10 % of the time etc...
