I have a 3 part article series that I have yet to be released on my blog...

Goal is to increase overall site traffic from the series...


What are ways to maximize the effect of a 3 part article series to bring increased overall traffic?

Should I post it to my site? post to another site and link my site?

    You can by all means link from other sites to the articles, you can make an RSS fed out of the three and submit it to aggregators or elsewhere (FB...). The key is to bring in the initial traffic, so if you are doing SEO, you have to optimize the articles well for your given keywords.

    You can also include an opt-in form in the first article and tell people to opt-in to your newsletter to get a notification when the second or third part of the series is posted. Just an idea

    I'd probably post it on my site and then send out the link to that page at each stage. That will get traffic to your site and when they are there they may click around your site and look at your other stuff.
