Affiliate Tracking plugin for Wordpress Needed

Hi Everyone
I am looking for a simple to manage wordpress plugin that can do the following:-
  1. Have a sign up form for Affiliates
  2. The system then gives them an affiliate code (url Link)
  3. The system has an affiliate login admin area where they can look at clicks and conversions
  4. The system integrates with paypal whereby I can sell by paypal and pay affiliates by paypal
  5. I will be able to upload banners and other marketing material so affiliates can use them
  6. Link to aweber or other autoresponder system
I am using optimizepress and S2 member for the membership site

Any help would be grateful
