flipping question: Best Way To Valuate Your sites

Hi, guys

What is the best way to "value" your site for sale?

Some sites I have are aged

Some sites I have are new

Some sites I have are just new word press blogs

I am wondering if there is a quick way to maximize value before I sell ?

Any advice would be great

The best way to value your site is a multiple of the revenue they earn. If they don't earn, it's pretty difficult to put a value on them.

Times 2 here! You want to sell them for so many times earnings...

Example: Site earns a $100 a month, i would look for 12 times earnings or $1200

another thing to take into consideration is the amount of Organic Traffic. As a buyer of sites i look at this as well...The monetization might be bad, but if the traffic is there i would jump on it if the price is right...

So there are 2 ways to determine what the value is... Also you could

Determine what kind of value it would bring a particular business....

If it was a site we could sell tickets on what would the value be too the end buyer.... Then shoot for a % of that value... and its an easy way to show Value to a Potential Buyer...

      To Your Continued Success,

If a site has not made any money you need to point out potential income - eg adsense, affiliate marketing, size of the niche etc
