Exercise Video Liability?

Would I need to incorporate if I want to market exercise videos? Without a legal business entity is it still possible to have legal protection from exercise injuries?

    You need to talk to a lawyer about this. Getting your legal advice from internet marketers (who aren't legal professionals) probably isn't wise.

    Contact a lawyer and ask if an LLC, s-corp, or full corporation status will protect you. You may also want to ask about liability wording and disclaimers to help protect you. Also ask what if questions, "What if someone falls when doing a workout?" "What if someone has a heart attack?"
