Just wanted to say that pretty much every time i go on flippa now there is a ton of sites that are not what they say they are and there wanting big sums of money but some of theys so called money making sites are listed by new users and they dont have earnings or traffic attachments..

iv bought a few sites from there but im starting to be extremly warrying of buying now take my examples below:

https://flippa.com/2654303-200-plus-...rganic-traffic

If you were thinking of buying from this or a similar site, it would be wise to ask, "Do I have a much better idea than the previous webmaster?" and "Why is he/she selling." Guarantees are cheap and easy. Plans; even studied plans, frequently fail. But, to buy a site without an extensive plan--is simply a waste of money.

I agree. There are all kinds of people looking for a copy-paste way to make money. Remember the famous saying "If you see a bandwagon, it's too late".

Someone has probably sold a clickbank product giving people an exact recipe to buy a keyword domain, install wordpress, install adsense, spin a pack of crappy articles, buy a cheap link building pack, wait a few months, flip site, rinse, repeat.

  • there is a ton of clickbank products for IM niche which i personally think after a few months of sales is always going to go down and down in sales, so even though it might be making a lot now come 2-3 months time site could be worthless..

only sites i look for is adsense which if you look hard enough you can find some decent ones but like i said a lot of the listings and garbage.. so takes a while but the best approach i think is to check what adsense sites are selling like hot cakes and what the top earning ones are and delve into that market.. if its makng money then why waste your time building sites on niches that may or may not bring in money..
