Anyone else unable to upload an image to their signature?

I keep getting Error 403 when I try to upload a new image

I had one in my sig a few minutes ago.. I just removed my image so I could upload a different one and now its not letting me upload..

Is this just happening to me? Or is everyone else who paid to use an image in their sig having the same problem?

I believe there is a yearly fee involved should you like to use an image in the sig area.

Yea I know. I paid the fee.

I had one in my sig a few minutes ago. I just removed my image so I could upload a different one.. But now its saying Error 403.

I just paid for the signature image a few months back, so thats not the problem. I updated my OP to include this info. lol

Maybe there's a limit on the size of the file you can upload. There's a video in the Knowledge base section of the WF Support that shows how to upload an image to your Sig file. I would include the link but I'm not allowed because I don't have enough posts. Hope this helps.

The new image is within the size limits.

Its 234x60 and 50 kb. The size limits are 234x60 and 197.7 kb.

I posted this thread, then it was fixed before I could submit my ticket to the help desk.

Just contact them, I think its something wrong with their user permissions.

Hi, sorry to bump this thread, but I'm having the same problem again.

I went to change my image to a new one & its saying Error 403 again.. permission denied, access to the resource on the server is denied.

I put in a ticket last night about it, someone replied & asked if it was fixed, but its still not working..

Can someone do whatever they did to fix this last time?

Thanks, heres a screen shot if it helps diagnose the problem..

EDIT:

I dunno if someone got it fixed already, OR if it worked because of what I did.. BUT heres what I did:

I uploaded the image to TinyPic.com & then used the link, instead of trying to upload the image. And it worked.

I dont know if this means its a problem with the uploader or what, but I just thought I'd let you all know.
