It can be done. It's being done right now by a lot of warriors! It takes A LOT of work though. It's not just gonna come up to you one day. With the right know how and work ethic it can certainly be achieved!

There's a lot of different things that you can do.

CPA
AFFILIATE MARKETING
ADSENSE

Just remember to not "put all of your eggs in one basket". It's best to have multiple streams of income. For instance google could get a wild hair on their butts and decide to ban your sites. There goes your adsense income, but if you're prepared theres nothing to worry about.

Hi Marc, if you don't mind I can tell you what not to do. Don't buy course after course that promises you the moon overnight but I'm sure you probably know that. You should find one aspect of Internet marketing you enjoy most such as video or affiliate marketing or product creation or whatever and concentrate on that one area. Find an expert in your area of choice who you can trust and ask him or her to mentor you and focus on that particular subject until you start to make money. Don't be distracted by all the other offers available on a daily basis. Just learn all you can about your topic of choice and find a teacher to guide you and you should be able to make $10,000 per month sooner than you think.

You've spent a few weeks dabbling and lurking and trying to figure out how and where to get started. Count yourself lucky! We have many folks here that have been doing that for years and years and still don't know where to start.

The fact is ... Internet Marketing is on-the-job training. The sooner you end your lurking and put some of what you've already learned into action, the sooner you'll reach your income goal. Yes, it certainly is possible.

Here's the thing: no one can tell you what's best for you! They can't tell you which niche to be in, which monetizing strategies are best, or where to start. You are different ... your personality, your assets, your abilities, your patience, and on and on.

Simply start with something you know about, or something you're good at, and or something you have an interest in or passion for.

When you've decided on that, whatever it is, search the internet to see what's working and what's available online for prospects in that niche. Carve out an untapped segment of the niche, if possible. Find something that no one (or few) are addressing. Make sure that folks in the niche are looking for what you're going to offer.

You can copy methods, monetizing strategies, tactics for your web site, etc, without copying anyone's offerings or products.

Come back to the Warrior Forum and search for other successful members in your niche or find people that doing things that you could introduce into your business for marketing. Limit you time here to no more than once a day for 1/2 hour at most.

You have to get going and get some traction without overloading on all the possible ways to make money online.

Use all of these techniques, and sell a $300 product. If you don't mind waiting a bit for sales... it can work for you. Just make sure you build a HUGE list to market to. It's required, unless you're getting like 3000 targeted hits per day for free.

Don't be scared of just getting started with a blog, writing about something that you are interested in, and then learning as you go. I got into IM because a site that I made to get more English students in a Spanish city did pretty well. I learned a little about SEO from this and then put that into bigger projects and so on.

It's pretty difficult to take what you have learned and create an all conquering site right from the start; so, mess around with a few things, learn about the process, and take it from there.

One thing I want to suggest you keep in mind right off the bat is that you should be aiming to create a 'real business', not just using some money-making strategies that some use and some don't. The big success comes from creating something of value and sharing that with as many people as possible.

Someone mentioned starting a blog about something you like or love - that's a good start. A blog is an asset, and the more content you can dump on there and the more value you can deliver to your potential customers the more you'll make in the long-run. It seems as though you aren't looking to get rich overnight, which is a great start.

Figure out what you absolutely love, because you'll need to love whatever you jump into as it is going to take lots of work, time, dedication, and perseverance to succeed.

Also, finding a good coach is a great way to by-pass the entire learning process and get right into the meat and potatoes of the industry. All of the most successful people in the world (athletes, business people, singers, actors, etc) - they all have coaches to help them focus on what works and avoid what doesn't. The same goes for online business - get one and you won't regret it.

This is definitely possible! No doubt about it.
What you need to do though is two things.

Make decisions. Lots of them. E.g. I'm going to build backlinks to my site....then TAKE ACTION...

Focus on making a decision, and then taking action on it.
If you do that all day every day, you will make $10k a month a lot quicker than in 24 months from now.

Thanks again for all the help. Im encouraged to know that my long term goal does'nt seem that far fetched and with a lot of hard work will hopefully be possible. It gives me a target to aim for. If i now break this amount down and try and do it in small steps i will hopefully get there.

Give value to others.

Don't just ask.

In this instance, you ask people to help you, but do you offer in return?

Give value. Your income will reflect the value you give others.

Don't take too much advice from here because the majority don't make $10k per month.

Keep reinvesting your income for 12 months to grow your business.

$120,000 per year. Very simple - Just sell 12,000 ebooks @ $10.

Just kidding with that method, but yes, of course it is possible in that time. Some people do more than that with just one product. Other do that without a product at all.

My advice would be to think long term and don't become impatient. Also stick with whatever method you decide to go with. If you jump from one idea to another more than twice then you're never going to get started with anything...

Yup I've done this, learnt a lot only now putting it all into action. I'd say pick an area and go for it and create productive daily habits to ensure you are moving in a direction

Yes, definitely possible.

My advice . . . understand from the beginning that most IM methods you buy will NOT work. If you think about it, the authors make money whether you do or not (few people get around to asking for refunds). Not that it's all bad, you'll certainly learn a thing or two from each, but if you believe the hype and expect to actually get results from bought IM methods, you will be disappointed most of the time (if you want a radical alternative, see my WSO!).

So, never believe anything in IM until you've tested it for yourself, in practice!

Also, different methods can often work together, as what you learn from one method can be a real help in other methods. For those reasons, I recommend the opposite of what others recommend, I recommend trying a few different methods, and learning which parts of each method actually work, then testing your own combinations and improvements until you get something working.

Another piece of advice . . . don't use ALL CAPITALS, it takes 3 times longer to read and is very annoying!!!

I admire your enthusiasm and honesty with your goals...as well as understanding that it won't happen overnight. I got my start in internet marketing by selling affiliate products via article marketing & SEO. While I did just fine, it's not the road I woukd take these days.

I think the best way to earn 5 figures monthly in a relatively short period of time is to leverage other individuals time/talents...so setup a business that allows you to accomplish this. Two ways to do this are:

-Network Marketing (when done correctly can be very rewarding)
-Product Creation (creating your own products...video courses, software, ebooks, etc. And selling them online)

Both enable you to take advantage of a team or army of affiliates to sell products for you & increase your income substantially. Reach out if you need any help!

It's possible, i'm a newbie my self and i personally know people who earn that much. Now like every other warrior member is saying it requires work..

Choose a niche
Seek a mentor = shortcut to success

Remember a mentor is someone who can already be earning that much..

First off, your target. 6 months if you apply yourself, learn and action as much as you can and maybe get a little lucky.

I wouldn't bother learning blogging, Adsense or affiliate marketing if you are after that level of income, but you need to choose a niche and become the master. Not as difficult as is sounds if you read and apply.

Think of what you are good at and which fulfills a need. Traffic generation, weight loss, smoothie recipes, whatever and learn and apply whatever you can.

I know a music teacher (sax) who knew nothing about IM 2 months ago. I set her up a site and showed her how to upload video and she is earning about 2K per month alone from it and still knows nothing about IM.

It's not as difficult as one might think, we tend to over-complicate things in trying to be the best.
