The quickest way I've seen to get on the front page is by using web 2.0 sites (sites where users create the content) to create high value backlinks.

It's not 24 hours, but in a couple of days if you can get a few good links to your site from these sites, you should be golden.

It's been a few months since I've played with it, but sites like this worked just a few short months ago with this technique.

    • Wikipedia
    • Digg
    • Squidoo

There are too many to name, but these should get you off to a good start.

I tried Digg but couldn't get it to work... Could I get someone else to have a try?

I will do squidoo and hubs now and then wikipedia.

      Is wikipedia dofollow?

      Cheers.

What? Use Youtube to get indexed? How does that work?

Not the fastest way but good for niche commenting and making your own videos with your website link!
