Customizing optin form

Hello,

I'm looking to incorporate a customized optin form into a wordpress squeeze page. It will be a real estate lead capture page for potential condo sellers. What I need is an optin form that will have fields such as unit number, street, number of bedrooms, bathrooms etc.

Is it difficult, let's say, to have a unit number in a separate field next to a street name but both of them would be on the same line? Any suggestions? I was thinking of using aweber or mailchimp. Thank you.

Aweber can do it but for more sophisticated forms you will have to use your own or have someone build them for you. Aweber allows pretty good customization but not to advanced.

Also you can use Gravity forms together with Aweber and create any kind of form you want. I would recommend hiring someone on oDesk.

I would stick with a short optin form (1-2 fields) and gather the info on page 2.

After optin redirect to page 2 and have a form for the property info with drop down windows for things like price range.

We works with 100's of Realtors and Real Estate Investors on lead generating websites and real estate squeeze pages. This is what we recommend.

Be careful with aweber. They ban people who build legit lists, and notoriously hate affiliates and marketers.

I have no idea is Aweber the best, or worse.
1 Marketer say Aweber Good, gogogo
2nd Marketer, Don't use AWeber, They will Bla bla bla you.

The less information you require of people the more likely they are to opt-in.

When people see many fields they need to fill they are by default reluctant to do it
    and see it as tiresome.

Stick to the basics with only name and email (or email only) on the main page then
ask for more info on the following pages.
