Out Of Touch With Broke Newbs

Hey Warriors, I got a quick question to ask.

I've been really out of touch with internet marketing for newbies over the last couple of years as I spend my time usually with advanced consulting and business owners who are already doing well.

I'm always getting asked by newbies who don't have very much money (if any at all) how they can get started on the web? I know many of you experience the same.

So, what I'm looking for is a free course, or a series of posts here on the forum that I could point these people to on how they could get started?

I'm talking about total newb. Like someone who has no idea what internet marketing is about at all. Something that spells out exactly what to do step by step by step by step.

Obviously there is no magic pill and the majority people are going to give up or not do anything. But I don't want to neglect some of these people that really seem to have a passion and drive but no idea where to start and no funds to purchase a $2000 course, or even a $97 course.

Any tips, links, or courses would be so appreciated.

      btw, yes I do relate to this. I find that I have a hard time trying to "dumb down" my advice to noobs because I assume they know more than they do. It's surprisingly difficult to make sense to a complete beginner. lol

    Definitely the 30 day challenge. Pretty much anyone can follow it and make a few bucks to prove to themselves it's possible. I know a ton of people for whom it's been a changing point.

    hey Jason,

    Good to see you here dude.

    I always used to recommend Travis's course
    to people - Bum Marketing Method - Free Traffic Tips,
    as it's super simple and free.

    I don't know how recently it's been updated
    though, could be a little long in the tooth
    now.

    So I'd either go with that, or the 30 day
    challenge.

    I also recommend the Challenge as it is now called to reflect the fact that you can complete this in more or less than 30 days. Solid free content
