Hi warriors,
I have been on fiverr for two months with nothing to show for it. Is it that i doing the wrong thing, my gigs are
1. I will give you elite tv software for $5
2. I will convert your website into android app with a youtube bot for $5
Is it that am offering an overcrowed stuff, or am not just destined to make it there,
Pls gimme solutions am getting tired, thanks in advance?

    You gigs aren't something which would wow a person. Look at some of the top sellers and check out what they're offering. Most of them offer massive value for 5 bucks. If you wish to make it big there, you'd have to do something similar...

    Do something different and unusual.

    As has been said look at the top sellers and do the same thing with your own twist. Sell advertising space on your belly, or paint a company logo onto your wife's face.

    In terms of making money once you get up to 10 happy customers you can start adding in extra's so that you get paid more.

      Well can't blame the guy. Let me break it down some... he's in Lagos. $4 is roughly 600 Nigerian Nairas. If he's careful that can feed him for 3 days to a week. See why Fiverr seems so attractive?

      That said, I would advice the OP to use this forum very well. If you're a member of this forum, Fiverr should not be your only source of income. And don't tell me you don't know what to do, that is a lame excuse. Use the search button... Read all 'newbie' threads and get a general idea. As a matter of fact, this post by Nightengale is where you should start.

      Once you decide on your model of interest, search the forum again for how you can effectively implement your ideas.

      That being said, no one can force you to go beyond Fiverr so if you really want to make some money on that site, go search for what people are looking for (it's usually on the right sidebar) and tailor your services to fit the demand.

        You don't need to break it down. I completely get it. Let me break it down some for you. The Internet removes the barrier. You're only as good as you think you are. There are venues all over the Net where people don't care where you live or what the standards of living are there. They care about what you can deliver.

        Every day people are in here fretting over getting work on fiverr and other low rent marketing platforms. They've chosen the lower end of the market. They've chosen to be victims. Guess what? There's much less competition just a few steps up the ladder.

        I've seen MANY extremely talented people of all kinds selling themselves short for pennies when all they have to do is this: Get out of the low rent district and ASK FOR MORE.

    there are many you can like
    backlinks
    twitter followers
    facebook likes
    logo design
    writing articles

    I have success with backlinks and facebook gigs !

    I agree with travlinguy. Sure, Fiverr could be used to get the money you need to start a website and get it ranked highly in Google, but you shouldn't stay there.

    I think the high failure rate of many newbies in whatever approach they started in online was that they did not do any type of research first to determine if there was a market for their product or service and if that market was reachable by them.

    Do some research, then follow some system step by step and you should be on your way to some success. There are a lot of free resources on this forum with step by step instructions so look for them in threads.
