Help with Anchor Text

Guys,

Some of my articles are being rejected and I found out I need to put the link to my website in the resource box - however it needs to be in Anchor Text. Does anyone know how to do this?

    Here's the code you need:

    <a href="http://www.domain.com">Anchor Text Goes Here</a>
    Try to include some relevant anchor text..

    If you have a weight loss site, then use weight loss or your chosen keywords as your anchor text..
